CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
CARDIO DIVA FUNK: NONSTOP Follow me SASSY, DIVA STYLE routines to diva artists such as Beyoncé, Rihanna, Madonna, Lady Ga Ga, JLo, Janet Jackson and many more. High energy. All levels.

HIP HOP: (Choreography) level 2 beginner to intermediate. New routine every month.

CARDIO HIP HOP PARTY: (NONSTOP Follow me, party atmosphere style class with progressive moves that ends with a cardio routine and a face to face battle (high energy) All levels

POWER DANCE WORKOUT: Get ready to get your party sweat on, doing our new MTFD format called Power Dance Workout. This workout will supercharge your calorie burn with a Nonstop dance workout that includes boot camp inspired jump squats, burpees and fat blasting kicks. Imagine you getting your party on and work out on at the same time. HOLLA IF YOU HEAR ME!

JAZZ FUNK: Jazz Funk is fierce, cute, powerful, sensual and diva-like. It takes elements from Hip Hop, Jazz, ballet-modern to lyrical. Jazz funk incorporates little bits and pieces of other dance genres and wraps into a funky style that is both fun and expressive! This format is half Cardio Diva Funk/Progressive Choreography.

SCULPT JAM: Nonstop high reps with light weights with cardio dance moves. Similar to Power Dance Workout with out the bootcamp inspired exercises.

HIP HOP KICK: Kick boxing with a Hip Hop Flare.

CARDIO LATIN FUNK: NONSTOP easy to follow Latin flavor STYLE to Latin & reggae-ton music. High energy. Progressive. All levels

BOOMER FIT: Class for mature adults. This class is designed to increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, mobility and balance. Exercises can be performed seated or standing. Tools: resistance band, light hand held weights, and a small soft ball.
